Built for ordinary reconsideration—not legal or regulated disputes.
On Appeal is designed for ordinary consumer and low-stakes membership decisions where someone wants to ask a company or organization to voluntarily reconsider a decision.
What fits
Everyday decisions with a voluntary path back to the company.
Examples may include an ordinary refund request, an unexpected charge, a warranty or repair denial, an unfinished service, or a low-stakes recreational or community-membership decision.
The customer must be able to communicate directly, decide what to send, and use ordinary public customer-service or internal review channels. On Appeal helps prepare the request; it does not take over the matter.
What we don’t cover
These matters should not proceed through On Appeal.
This boundary is intentionally conservative. If you are unsure, protect every deadline and seek appropriate professional help before using this service.

If the matter changes
We stop when the issue moves outside scope.
An ordinary consumer matter can evolve. If it begins to involve a threatened lawsuit, formal demand, legal deadline, regulated claim, rights waiver, or another excluded area, On Appeal will stop its work and recommend appropriate legal or other professional help.
On Appeal does not determine legal rights, preserve claims, monitor deadlines, or advise whether signing an agreement is legally safe.
Trust & safety
We do not solicit recoveries or take part of an outcome.
We never contact consumers offering to recover money, never guarantee a refund, and never take a percentage of what you receive.
We do not impersonate or represent customers. The customer chooses, reviews, and sends every communication.
Ordinary matter within scope?

The intake begins with a required scope check. We do not charge merely to tell you the matter does not fit.
