Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before you start.
What does Free Qualification decide?
Whether the matter is within scope, has plausible merits and a reasonable remedy, still has an ordinary voluntary path, and fits the product. The outcome is Proceed, Need More Information, Human Review, or Decline. There is no charge merely to say no, and declined customers are not upsold.
Does a higher price buy a better initial review?
No. The $3, $6, and $10 plans receive the same complete initial Case Review & Action Plan. Higher tiers add follow-up review after the company responds.
What does $3 include?
Full Case Review includes the complete initial review of accepted materials, strengths and weaknesses, both sides’ strongest positions, realistic remedy and fallback, recommended strategy, appropriate ordinary channel, and a polished customer-ready initial appeal or request. Service ends at delivery.
What does $6 include?
Review + One Follow-Up includes the same Full Case Review plus one completed structured review of a meaningful company response or development. Uploading a response does not consume it; completion of On Appeal’s reassessment does.
What does Unlimited Case Support mean?
The $10 plan includes unlimited follow-up reviews for the same active underlying case. It does not cover unrelated disputes and does not require On Appeal to manufacture another escalation when no productive in-scope step remains.
Can I upload the company’s response?
Yes. Supported customers can paste the response, upload relevant documents or screenshots, and explain what they believe remains wrong, unresolved, or worth reconsidering.
When does a case close?
You may mark the case resolved after receiving the outcome you wanted. Otherwise, cases automatically close after 90 days without substantive case activity. Opening a page or access email does not reset that clock, and a case does not auto-close while On Appeal still owes active work.
Does On Appeal contact the business?
No. You review and send every communication from your own account. “Mark sent” records your confirmation; it does not send anything to the business. On Appeal does not impersonate or represent customers.
Is On Appeal a refund-recovery or legal service?
No. We never contact consumers offering to recover money, never guarantee a refund, and never take a percentage of what you receive. On Appeal is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
Who operates On Appeal?
On Appeal is a service of Fieldstone Client Services LLC. Fieldstone is the legal entity that operates the service; On Appeal is the customer-facing brand.
What happens if a matter moves outside scope?
Every material business response is checked again. If an inseparable excluded development appears—such as a release or waiver requiring legal analysis—the substantive workflow stops and the customer receives a neutral scope-change notice.
See if the matter fits.
Qualification is free. If we can help, a complete case review and customer-ready appeal costs $3.
